The Professional Setup
If you’re using a dedicated heat press, precision is your best friend. Here are our recommended "Golden Rules" for application:

Temperature: 300°F - 320°F (150°C - 160°C).

Pressure: Medium to Firm (around 40-60 PSI). You want enough pressure that the adhesive really bites into the fabric fibers.

Time: 12–15 seconds.

The Peel: Most of our films are Cold Peel. This is the hardest part: Wait. Let the garment cool completely to the touch before peeling the film off in one smooth motion.

The Finish (Crucial Step): After peeling, place a piece of parchment paper or a Teflon sheet over the design and press again for 5 seconds. This "sets" the ink and gives it that professional, soft-hand feel.
No Pro Press? No Problem! (The DIY Guide)
We know not everyone has a 16x20 industrial press in their living room. You can still get great results with a home iron or a Cricut EasyPress, but you have to compensate for the lack of automated pressure.
Using a Home Iron:

Drain the Water: Ensure there is zero steam. Set your iron to the "Cotton" or "High" setting.

Find a Hard Surface: Do not use a padded ironing board. Use a wooden table or a stone countertop protected by a thin cloth. You need a surface that won't give when you push down.

Heavy Pressure: Since you don't have a lever, you are the lever! Lean your body weight onto the iron. Move it slowly to cover the whole design, ensuring every inch gets about 20–25 seconds of heat.

Check the Edges: Pay extra attention to the corners and fine lines of your design.

Caring for Your Masterpiece
